Suzanne Masse — Office Manager
Suzanne developed a passion for health and movement after undergoing a successful thoracic spinal fusion in 2002. The first step on the road to recovery came with post-surgical physiotherapy where she learned the fundamentals of Pilates and the importance of proper form.
Through her own experiences, living a decade with chronic pain and then undergoing a complex spinal surgery, Suzanne came to realize how much of a contributing factor physiotherapy and movement is in helping to maintain a better quality of life. She continues to incorporate Pilates, physiotherapy,
massage, swimming, cycling, and skating into her life routine, as she has found this to be the most effective (and fun!) way to build strength and
cardiovascular health, while maintaining flexibility and good spinal health for one with limited spinal mobility.
Suzanne brings to Salus her passion for administration and customer service. She combines this with a desire to create a professional, friendly and relaxed office environment for patients and staff alike. She finds reward in creating and implementing systems to achieve a well-organized reception team who provide a consistent experience with each visit. "I feel incredibly lucky to have been afforded the opportunity to bring both my skills and passion for creating an excellent patient experience with my enthusiasm for movement and healthy living, to the practitioners, staff and patients of Salus."
As part of her desire to excel in client care, Suzanne welcomes questions, concerns or feedback regarding the administration of the clinic or our services, and can contacted directly by email at: suzanne@salusphysio.com
